I think the issue whether Sheryl Crow was questioned is meaningless.
The Feds questioned a lot of people during their investigation. Being
questioned gives no meaningful indication if someone is guilty or not.
In the end the feds chose not to file. So Lance was not guilty from
the feds perspective.
