Raffle: Cannondale Cross Bike

Cannondale Cyclocross Bike Raffle

The National Capital Velo Club (Wash DC) is holding a raffle for a NEW
2005 Cannondale Cyclocross Bike valued $1200. Proceeds from this raffle
will go to the Chris Sander scholarship fund. Only 300 tickets will be
sold at $10 each.

be presented to the winner at the Ed Sander Cyclocross Race on October
2, 2005, but the winner does NOT need to be present at the drawing. The
winner will be able to exchange the bike (size 54) for another size.

In August of 2001, NCVC member Ed Sander passed away following a
training accident. In remembrance of Ed, NCVC hosts bicycling events on
the grounds of Ed's former employer, Lilypons Water Gardens. The
proceeds from these events goes into a college scholarship fund which
was established five years ago for Ed's only son, Chris.

This raffle is being run by NCVC in conjuction with the Ed Sander
