Default Is this cyclist wrong as he rides across on a green man?

Is this a Toucan crossing, or for pedestrians only?
Any ideas?

Either the cyclist was controlling the car by remote control or this is a fake video.
Motorists NEVER jump red lights, you have been told this often enough.

Agreed. The pedestrian was after Judith compensation and so used the cyclist as a decoy so that the psycho driver would take out the road louse as a matter of priority as the red mist descended.

The pedestrian would then get mown down as a legitimate user of the crossing and then get a big jackpot payout after losing the ability to walk. Trebles all round in Nugletland.
