FS: Syntace Streamliner aerobars

Syntace Streamliner aerobars.

I don't recall if these are size medium or large, but I "customized"
them by cutting them off just past the upturned part of the bar. The
bars now extend about 9-10" from the center of the handlebar clamp.

These are in good condition.
