Default good or bad experiences with REI bike sales/service?

Anyone have any opinions, good or bad, with REI and their bike
departments? as a consumer or an employee?

do their larger stores have better bike service?

thanks.

Nothing but good thus far. It all depends on the employees at the
particular store, some may be good - others not.
