Default Unicycle Harness?

Just following on from the Gliding and Backflips conversation,

Has anyone made a harness for unicycling that allows backflips and such
tricks.

I thought about drilling holes in the seat bace and putting metal hooks
which then might be used to fasten a harness to.

Id really apreciate the responce

Trev

When we use a harness in figure skating it is for verticle rotation
only. The cross bar over your head would probably stop all your
roatation when you hit it half way threw.
We do teach people to do back flips on ice, but its way lower tech than
a harness. Take 2 sweatshirts and 2 friends. Get each one of the freinds
to wrap a sweatshirt around your waist from both sides of you. One on
the left side, and one on the right. They can use the sleeves to hang on
to. If they walk beside you as you attemp the back flip they can pull on
the sleeves and that will act as a harness. Its like doing one of those
parallel bar flip things were your holding the bar at your waist and
then flip around it. This sounds hokey, but it really does work.
