Default Giro Tuneups ear pads????

Has anyone tried a set of these. I'd love to be able to listen to some
music on long rides, but the wind noise is horrible, and I've tried
MANY types of headphones.

Thanks

Check your local laws. This is illegal in California, and may be in
your state, too.

Fair warning...

I have them in a ski helmet. I actually use them with my cell phone or
radio when I'm working on the hill. They're not bad.

When doing long solo rides, I carry my mps player and a use a set of KOSS
KSC 75ss.

They are not sealed, and are not earbuds, so I can still hear traffic even
with music playing, and they sound pretty decent for a relatively cheap set
of cans.

I also removed the clips on another pair of these, and installed them into
my motorcycle helmet. They worked really well, expecially with a tiny
headroom headphone amp.

BTW, headroom is an awesome company to deal with.

I trolled the net for a while and found these...www.airstreamz.com. I
contacted the company and they are introducing them at Interbike next
week. They have also added a cloth cover to reduce wind noise even
further. They look like just the ticket to keep music at a low volume
and still hear ambient noise.
