My bike has been optimized for an urban environment, with thinner street(1.5") tires, nose less seat, and extra nighttime illumination. Now for the benefits of regular bicycling. Longer life span. (Extended workouts slows down the aging process by up to 33%). Much better fitness levels and lower blood pressure. Healthier move active lifestyle. More efficient food utilization. (Reduced food inputs needed to maintain desired healthy weight range.) One of the lowest carbon emission alternatives to other forms of travel. (600+ MPG equivalent) |
