Default Where can I get a high stack height integrated headset??

I am looking for a high stack height integrated headset, or just the
top piece. I've seen some bikes that have a "cone" shape top piece.
Can that be purchased separately? Where?

Please email me directly, thanks. cyclingches at hotmail dot com
