Power Tap Pro SL Experience

Anyone have any opinions and experience with the Power Tap Pro SL?
Suggestions for building a good training wheel with it (rim, spokes)?
Places to buy complete wheel and system at reasonable price?

The weak point with these is when they come as complete wheels. WE
build many, find a good wheelbuilder. Since you are already paying
$1200 for the complete hub system, find a good wheelbuilder that can
make you a reliable wheel for another $130 or so.
