When are houses going to take responsibility for their own safety? They sit there all nonchalant without any hi-viz or protective accessories and expect drivers to do all the work in avoiding them.

I wonder why that van-driver deliberately drove his vehicle straight at the strongest part of a building (the external corner)? Perhaps there was no nearby high bridge for him to drive off, into the path of an oncoming HGV? |
