Another cowardly attack
QUOTE:
WITNESSES are being sought by police after a cyclist was hit in the face in Stafford. The 20-year-old from the Cannock area suffered facial and head injuries in the attack, which happened as he was cycling home between 5am and 6.30am on December 21. A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: "It appears he was hit in the face by a man who got out of a silver car near to the park in Lovatt Street. "The victim then cycled from the scene but stopped shortly afterwards in Crispin Close, where a member of the public saw him and called for an ambulance. "The man was treated at hospital for his injuries before being released." offender has been described as white and of large build. He was wearing a dark beanie hat and a grey hooded top. Anyone who witnessed the assault or who saw the victim on his bike should contact DC Paul Whitehouse on 01785 234205 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111. http://www.staffordshirenewsletter.c...d-28122011.htm -- Simon Mason |

This includes exceeding the speed limit past three schools. A total disregard for the well-being of vulnerable road users. The actions of a true psycholist. |

A man was arrested in connection with the above attack yesterday. Let's hope the book is thrown at him in order to deter other idiots from attempting the same:-) -- Simon Mason |
