Anyone ride up the Kwinana Freeway bike path this afternoon? That was
fun. I took the long way home (West Perth to Innaloo) via the bike path
south to the Mount Henry bridge and back. It was all I could do to stay
upright!

According to Main Roads, the waves were crashing onto the freeway just
north of Canning Highway this morning!

That section hasn't had a good flood like that for a couple of years.

Yeah, there also are sections just north of Canning that have a layer
of sand (about .5cm deep) which is treacherous if you have 23mm tyres
and it's windy.
