Default Helford Passage, Cornwall - good routes?

I'm spending a week in Helford Passage, Cornwall after the TdeF (24 July
to 30 July). Looking for good daily 60 to 80km rides. Any
suggestions of nearby routes for me to try would be gratefully received.

Even better if there is someone nearby to ride with. I'll be on the
Black & Grey Merida Genesi (if it doesn't get stolen, crashed or some
other disaster in France).

After that it's back to mid winter in Tasmania.

Riding 80km daily you'll have done Cornwall in a couple of days!
Mind you there's some steep hills and narrow winding roads.
Maybe slow down a bit and enjoy the scenery?
