M For taking perdormance-enhancing drugs someone should lose their civilian career? Thanks for that posting from the twin planets of Drug War Insanity and Witch Hunts R Us. Bulletin from planet earth: in terms of meaningful social harm and significance, drug-taking in sport ranks somewhere between doing 5km/h over the speed limit and littering. |

Endurance athletes expend them so fast that they cannot replenish them solely through eating so they inject them. Lance Armstrong talks about it in one of his books. Equine Growth Hormone is an illegal and dangerous drug not intended for use by humans. -- A: Top-posters. Q: What is the most annoying thing on Usenet? |

Perhaps you could set up a stall in a public place and people could come and ask "the great wise one" any question they like. |

The big hint should be "Equine" Growth Hormone. Now it might be just me but I don't find the thought of taking drugs aimed at a different species particularly appealing, given that different species = different genes = different proteins, enzymes = different response to drugs. Nonsense. Is it then? So why do so many endurance athletes, especially cyclists, inject vitamins? Lance Armstrong talks about it in one of his books. I couldn't find the part where he listed his qualifications as a nutritionist. He's surrounded by doctors and nutritionists. What are your qualifications? -- A: Top-posters.
