Default Adjusting suspension on F/S bike

Hi,

It's my first full suspension bike. It's a Mongoose Zero G3. The
front I have set pretty good but I can't seem to get the back shock set
right. It's a Fastrax EX shock. Yes, I know it's just about at the
bottom of the shock line. It's only adjustable from preload. What is the
rule of thumb for setting up a F/S bike.

Thanks,
Al
