I'll keep an eye out for him. There are some real muppets around here
but never this close to home.

If you find him, fill his car with fire extinguisher foam -- or just run a
couple of grooves down both sides of his cage!

He should be named and blamed by local cyclist. Sadly the law will do
absolutely nothing!

I wonder, if I put a sound-triggered webcam looking up the road, would
I get an image of this git? If he's driven past here once, he's bound
to do it again. A number plate would go a long way towards the police
finding this guy.

"He was driving what is believed to an older-style silver Vauxhall Corsa."

Why am I not surprised?

Mr. Charles Kennedy (Krankieburgh): Would the Prime Minister
care to comment on a report in today's Guardian that he: "arrived
late for a meeting with Jacques Chirac, smelling of alcohol, and
with body language suggesting a total disregard for the rights
of ethnic minorities, lone parents and laboratory animals"?

Hard to tell, given the lack of information.

"Teenage cyclist" could mean "someone peacefully going to/from work of
friends house who gets cut up by moronic driver" or it could mean "ASBO
worthy obnoxious chav".

I'll grab the local paper at the weekend and see if there's any more
detail reported.

"The driver is described as [..having..] yellow teeth and had a front tooth
missing."

I love it when the victim gets their own back in the description.

I think the expandable filler foam is more apt. A few cans will prevent the
car from being driven anywhere.

And do you condone assualting said teenage cyclist on the off-chance that he
was an "ASBO worthy obnoxious chav"?
