Here's one bunch of sporting managers almost as incompetent as the UCI [compulsory cycling content]. Okay, nobody can beat the UCI for incompetence: the contest is not even to be runner up as the silver medal goes to the Olympic bosses of letting the tail of drugs control wag the sporting dog, but German soccer authorities are in the running for the bronze medal for accident-prone blazers.
