"These cyclists are playing chess with each other.
They are shuffling the cards even as we speak!"

This was printed in my local paper with the
caption Stupidest Things Ever Said with the
attribution "sportcaster covering the World
Cycling Championships"

It sounds like something Phil Ligget would say.

Does anybody know for sure who it was?
