Default Cyclist guilty of manslaughter over one way road dispute

Duncan Snellgrove, 28, of Mandarin Way, Howe Road in Gosport, pleaded
guilty to manslaughter at Winchester Crown Court. He was initially
charged with causing grievous bodily harm.

Roy Galvin, 69, from Alverstoke, died three days after the dispute on
Bury Road, Gosport, on 25 September.

Mr Galvin was with his wife, who uses a wheelchair, when he was involved
in a dispute with another man on a bicycle. Mr Galvin hit his head on
the road leaving him with a serious head injury. Sadly, he subsequently
died at QA hospital in Cosham on Wednesday, September 28. It's believed
the man on the bike cycled off towards Stoke Road.

Typical cyclist behaviour, assault someone and ride away quick, leaving
someone critically injured at the side of the road with a wheelchair
bound companion.

Odd how these young fit cyclists like to attack the elderly and the weak.

Does he wear his walking helmet in case someone decks him with a single punch?

Don't tell us lies.
Pounder asserts his rights on the footpath.
If some ****** riding a bicycle on the footpath wants to fight me he is very
welcome. So far the cowardly scum have always backed down.

Was he wearing a walking hemet?

If this behaviour is so typical of cyclists then you should be able to cite hundreds of thousands of such incidents happening on a daily basis.

I know you can't cite every case so how about providing links for, say, 100 of these typical incidents which occurred in London yesterday. Should't be difficult if they are as common as you claim.

they seem to arise in the papers everyday, look back through my postings
to see a selection. I am sure you will be able to cobble together a
list of 100 or more cites (though why you wish to is a bit strange)

And an equal amount could be found with road rage drivers.

Yeah sure - I thought you said you were 65 this week?

This bloke is 5 years younger than you and I'd deck him with a jab using my left fist.

Since he was also a driver, he could simple wear this everytime he left his house.
