Cyclist tosser in narrow street

I was driving down a quite narrow one way street today, in front of me was a
cyclist. He was all over the road and it was obvious that he was
deliberately trying and succeeding in preventing me from passing him.
Behind me was a police car. I shoved my arm out of the window and pointed
over the car roof towards the ****** on the child's toy.
The policeman gave a quick blast of his siren and the ****** nearly fell of
his bike. He then pulled over.
In passing him I shouted "******" out of the passenger window. Looking in
the mirror it seemed that the policeman was having words with him.
Made my day did that.
