OT unlit cyclist dies in the middle of a very main road
The police say that drivers that saw him and avoided him should have phoned
911 and perhaps he would have not been hit. If I phoned the emergency services every time I saw a cyclist doing something stupid I would get banned from calling. http://www.theprovince.com/Cyclist+d...070/story.html
