Whoops! depends on which 'new' cleat you mean!

I replied about the new teflon insert/wear indicator cleats
for normal Look pedals.

Yes the new ditzy pedal uses a new non-standard smaller
cleat. What ever were they thinking?


It is increasingly impossible to just try a buddy's bike.

to eliminate wear from walking on the cleats - by a pair of Kool Kovers
- they are cheap,
last forever, and you will never slip or do an embarrasing (slip and)
fall at the coffee shop after your ride...
