Default 10 sp cassette for Shimano Hub/Campy Shift

Does anyone know whether a Shimano 10 sp cassette or an American
Classic 10 will work best on a Shimano 9sp hub and Campy 10 Ergo?

Shim. is a tad narrower than A.C.,which is designed for camp.
Since to my knowledge, A.C. all have 11T, you are either very powerful or
use smaller rings.

I haven't seen a DA 10s cogset on any bike yet so I don't know but you may
include a Wheels manufacturing 10s cogset on your list.

I thought Vecchio's knows everything about bikes?

Anyway, DA10 does fit on a Shimano 9 freehub. It includes a 1mm spacer
which sits on the inside before the cassette is placed on.

I don't know didly about BMX, and most MTB. I haven't seen but one DA 10s, as
they aren't exactly flying out the door, where 2004 Chorus is...

jay Anyway, DA10 does fit on a Shimano 9 freehub. It includes a 1mm spacer

The question wasn't whether or not it fit(which I and many others have said it
will) but what would work better, American Classic, DA or Wheels 10s
accelerator cogset with Campagnolo 10s ERGO-

Any idea Jay? over to you.

DA10 rocks. I've been on it for two months now. Outperforms everything
else, campy record included.

Diatribe on the virtues of campy as you like, but a square taper BB is
pretty ancient stuff....

Can you instruct us all on us how much time you spent on Record 10 so
we have some basis of comparison....no doubt it was a substantial time
(hey what 2 seasons at least) so you could compare it. Really
appreciate your informed evaluation. Thank you.

And it will be fascinating to hear what the meaningful performance changes
are, too.

You mean the shimano design of Octalink, which the DA, XTR, XT new cranks are
replacing rapidly.

Glad to see shimano finally come into the 21st century with 10s, too bad it is
only for the top, very expensive group, not shared by the other groups, like
Campagnolo thru 4 groups and for 4 years.

Once again, to the OP, which works better for Campagnolo 10s, Wheels, AC or DA
10s??

I admit I don't know, you say DA 'rocks', and Campagnolo doesn't so I guess you
know...

Jay???
