Default seized stem, ammonia?

don't panic-
this depends highly on if there's aplace to do this but one can ask-
find 35 gallon drum, cut in half or less lengthwise, brace! brace good
kimmosabe!
fill to cover affected area when immersed with mexican diesel fuel,
immerse headpipe, cover tank with aluminum foil or disposable tarp.
allow to steep 2-3 weeks.
