Arenberg out!
From a pop-up press release on letour.fr: No forest of Wallers-Arenberg
in this year's Paris-Roubaix, for safety reasons. Apparently the road surface has deteriorated considerably in the last few years. Despite not including this famous stretch of cobbles of 2.4 km, the total length of cobbled sections is now 53.2 km, 2 km more than last year. http://www.letour.fr/2005/presentati..._05_01_12.html -- Firefox Web Browser - Rediscover the web - http://getffox.com/ Thunderbird E-mail and Newsgroups - http://gettbird.com/ |
