Of course it only affects motorists. Any psycholist worth his lycra would

The video itself was the prank. Like a lot of stuff on youtube, its certain to be completely staged. In real like one of the motorists would have leaned over to the glove box for his 9 mm or simply run over one of the elderly.

Not only would such a prank be illegal, it's really really dangerous to any would be prankster.

Like a lot of fiction the only reason the video exists is because it reflects a truth.

There's no question that the convenience of cycling and avoiding snarlups beats getting Alzheimers from sitting stuck in traffic.
