Fork Question

I have a Manitou Black fork from 2002. It is too soft. Is there
anything I can do to make it stiffer?

How much sag does it have? What do you weigh?

You're right in the weight range for most suspension forks. Look into a
rigid fork or a fork with less travel (80mm or so).
