Polar 720i and power Meter

What can cause my Polar 720i and power Meter to suddenly beep on and off for
up to a minute at a time?

Installed correctly, and is a new unit on a DeRosa king.

Anyone here in USA I can speak to who is really expert on this?

My dealer is not that capable.
