Belly Fat?
Hello,
I'm an avid cyclist. Unfortunately, I went through a long period where I was lazy and inactive, and I regretfully gained a lot of weight. I'm lucky to own a stationary bike that I ride, at least, 20 miles a day on. Thankfully, I'm now back to my former cycling weight. However, I now have a gut. Even though I've lost many pant sizes, the size of my gut stays the same. Do any of you cyclists have the same problem? What can I do to get rid of it? Yes, I am a healthy eater. Yes, I am a healthy eater. Is it just excess skin? That tends to not shrink back wholly once you've been larger enough for long enough before getting your weight back down. Some people have some removed surgically once their new healthier weight seems stable, I'd guess for purely cosmetic reasons. Mark |
