Default Derailleur specs

I am considering upgrading my DR and have run into a couple of specs that I
am not sure of:

Total capacity and front difference of the rear DR.

Band diameter of the front DR, (will the 28.6 fit the Strada?)

Thanks

That's the diameter of the mounting post. 28.6mm is 1 1/8".
