6 Tejay Van Garderen 7:55 (was 7th
at 6:57)
7 Cadel Evans 8:06 (was 4th at
3:19)

Probably time now for Cadel to switch roles and act as a support rider for
his team mate's quest to win the white jersey.

It should be mixed 50/50 with EPO and served with ice and a cherry.

Cherries are an excellent choice. There is no need to ration them.
Rasberries are also very good but not so much with garden
strawberries. Good strawberries are little wild straw's.
Blueberries are possibly even better than rasberries for lymph drive
but I Iike cherries best. Don't bother with EPO, use unrefined sea
salt.
