Default fringe sports/activities?


I suspect many unicyclists have other hobbies and interests that maybe
out of the 'norm.'

I certainly do....and many people here know it already. my favorite
hobby aside from unicycling is speedsolving Rubiks Cubes!! and I also
used to do magic, a lot, but I kinda gave that up....
oh, I juggle too, but not very well.

Cello
Luthierie and Harpsichord construction
Dogs. I have 2!
Sea Kayaking both paddling and construction
I can juggle, but don't do much any more.
I also do science. I study energy mass and fluxes in the soil.

Podzols are my FAVORITE type of soil!!

Probably my most extreme hobby apart from unicycling is Street Luge,
thats pretty out of the ordinary.

I restore VW's with my father, Dance 30+ hours a week for a professional
Ballet company, love to Photoshop, play FPS's and ALL video games. I'd
probably be more slovenly without my uni.

That's great. It's hard to make a living in the arts these days. My son
(6 years-old) begged to take ballet after he saw the local dance troupe
at a school assembly. He had a 1 week intro. He thinks he'll want to
take more classes down the road!

I forgot to mention mine!

Other then unicycling, these are what my wife thinks are peculiar
hobbies I have:

-playing steel drum(pans)
-dance the jitterbug/swing
-playing Brazilian samba drums
