Default What length steerer do I need?

I am thinking about building up a frameset I have. The headtube measures
132mm and I will use a Shimano 600 threaded headset with a 1" threaded
carbon fiber fork.

What steerer tube length would work best and how much of the top would need
to be threaded?

Thanks,

Frank

Minimum you need is 169mm(132+37 for the HS) but I would add 11mm for a pretty
standard 180mm steerer...

About 30mm or so-
