on the pile... intriguing from a neuro perspective that an experienced and old.....electronics tech has difficulty stacking wood. as a co worker....truck driver turned carpenter said of a mutual friend for whom he was building a barn addition....he's a better cabinet maker than a carpenter. you have a space problem for all the dead oak ? the concicals tend tube self supporting. Find used fencing and butt ends around. Prob crib that for air drying...cribbing each circular layer with triangles meshing if the is some dryness. what the pics are of is an unsupported half arch....a sandpile of the upper coast where earth shaking sandpiles the hills. I have dying tree friends from my trips up and down the lost coast. Very sad seeing them slowly die of thirst.
