I knew somebody that commuted 52 miles every day. (Knowing start and
destination, this is Google Map's shortest route.)

But isn't it strange how some people have the idea that it's only
possible to ride a bike at 8mph or 38mph and nothing in between?

I assume an average of 12mph, 5 min miles.
Whilst i am capable of cycling faster than that cars cause so many delays.
