Run Windows Update on the Win2K box...we have 1 critical update for you
(IE6 with Internet Tools). OK...go on then. Out of interest, run Windows Update again...we now have 5 critical updates for you because the version of IE6 we gave you needs patching. They really are pathetic, aren't they? Why not just make a patched version of IE6 available for download? |

Unfortunately as there is no way to remove IE from Windows 2000, you have to continually patch the thing. Some security holes can be exploited even if it isn't the default browser. |
