License to kill $ 1,250 a pop

Getting ****ed and totalling cyclists is a sport gaining an ever
increasing number of practitioners.

It got so popular in Australia recently that, according to a recent
Sydney Morning Bugle article, they are now selling licenses for $1,250 a
pop.

The article failed to state whether licenses would be available for
Anzac day or whether public holidays were "out of season"
