WTB elastomer for Ballistic front fork.

I use a Ballistic 20 inch fork on the front of my tandem. I bottom out the
suspension just by sitting on it. Wonder why? Anyway, I need a higher spring
rate on the front end of the tandem. The fork, presently, has the yellow
ellastomers.
