No setup worries and no wet tent. Might be hard going in a headwind or up a hill though.

Looks like they went to some trouble to balance the load on the
trailer for an almost neutral tongue weight. Even so, the rear
bicycle wheel looked kinda flat through most of the ride. I could
also hear a little wind noise in the audio, which suggested that the
wind might have picked up a little during the tour of the parking lot.
I don't think an electric assist would help much for that load.

My guess(tm) is that it's a 1964 Airstream Bambi II 17' Travel Trailer
based on these photos:
http://www.viewrvs.com/travel-trailer/airstream/1964/1964_bambi2_b.php
which weighs 1950 lbs and 250 lb tongue weight, according to this
chart:
https://www.airstream.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Trailer-Motorhome-Weights.pdf
In order to balance the 250 lbs tongue weight, I would guess it would
need an additional 250 lbs of counterbalance weight. So, with about
93% rolling efficiency at perfect balance, that's:
0.07 * (1950 + 250) = 154 lbs
of tire drag. Yeah, I can see why they only wanted to do one lap of
the parking lot. Over-inflating the tires might have helped a little.

Back to working on my taxes...
