Tandem touring forget panniers tow a camper trailer
No setup worries and no wet tent. Might be hard going in a headwind or up a hill though.

Even so, the rear bicycle wheel looked kinda flat through most of the ride. I could also hear a little wind noise in the audio, which suggested that the wind might have picked up a little during the tour of the parking lot. I don't think an electric assist would help much for that load. My guess(tm) is that it's a 1964 Airstream Bambi II 17' Travel Trailer based on these photos: http://www.viewrvs.com/travel-trailer/airstream/1964/1964_bambi2_b.php which weighs 1950 lbs and 250 lb tongue weight, according to this chart: https://www.airstream.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Trailer-Motorhome-Weights.pdf In order to balance the 250 lbs tongue weight, I would guess it would need an additional 250 lbs of counterbalance weight. So, with about 93% rolling efficiency at perfect balance, that's: 0.07 * (1950 + 250) = 154 lbs of tire drag. Yeah, I can see why they only wanted to do one lap of the parking lot. Over-inflating the tires might have helped a little.
