to add a cycling angle

My club has two long time American members who came up to Canada
during the Viet Nam war. They were accomplished racers who have been
very active in running our club. They joined a few more members who
had left their countries elsewhere in the world to avoid forced
military service.

Thanks America. Send us more like them.

end of cyclig angle

Regarding the cultural issue being discussed, let me just say that
Canada is still a secular (read "by and large atheist") country. I'm
not so sure about America, at least Bush's America.
