M25 cyclist fined
A cyclist who was trying to ride to Heathrow using the hard shoulder of
the M25 had to be escorted off the motorway by police. The rider was handed an on-the-spot fine after being caught pedalling along the motorway this morning, officers said. He should have got Phil to defend the case. http://www.standard.co.uk/news/londo...-a3219881.html |

That's a very good question - and one which would be better addressed to the poster who styles himself "Simon Jester". It was *his* claim, here, a couple of days ago. Good luck getting an answer from him. |
