Default M25 cyclist fined

A cyclist who was trying to ride to Heathrow using the hard shoulder of
the M25 had to be escorted off the motorway by police.

The rider was handed an on-the-spot fine after being caught pedalling
along the motorway this morning, officers said.

He should have got Phil to defend the case.

It would seem that after he was escorted of the M25 he decided to return.

Did he protest that the police were acting unlawfully in removing him
from the motorway because only cyclists pay for roads?

Why would he do that?

That's a very good question - and one which would be better addressed to
the poster who styles himself "Simon Jester".

It was *his* claim, here, a couple of days ago.

Good luck getting an answer from him.

Of course, he made no such claim.

Ah, the troll tries the 'shifting the burden of proof' fallacy.

Since that one has failed so often in the past, what makes you think it
will work this time around?

Only savants like you can remember the full usenet message code of every

I certainly cannot.

Of course, he made no such claim.

Wrong.

You can do that [Google it] for yourself.

There is nothing to prove.
