Today's Ride
52 miles and 2000 feet of climbing. But the steepest was only 7%.
I think I have to talk to my doctor about my medication. I am simply exhausted all the time now. While my average speeds aren't too bad I feel like I've been run over by a truck. And I'm getting a sunburned head through a cycling cap. Whoever heard of that? |

It occurred to me that last blood test I had showed a lower than normal hematocrit. This is normal among cyclists so I didn't give it much thought. But last night it dawned on me that this perpetual fatigue is a symptom of low blood count. So I took B12 and Iron last night and feel much better today.. I will continue this for a couple of weeks. |
