Seat post pannier racks--ok to use?

FWIW, I used P clips to attach the bottom of my daughter's front
pannier racks for our coast-to-coast tour. The tops of the racks were
held in place by U-bolts.

I carried a spare set of P-clips, but never had to use them. The
originals did fine.

Yeap that is exactly what I have! I didn't remember what they were
called just where I got them and what they are meant to be used for.
But work real nice for my application too!
