Default Wiggle: positive experience

I was given a Wiggle voucher for Christmas (my brother's great!), so I
did some shopping last week.

Today I realised that I wanted to add something to the order, so I
went online to do an amend. this involved cancelling the order,
picking out the items, and placing the order. It was a trivial
operation, yet I've seen it done badly so many times that today's
experience really stands out as a positive. I'll be writing to them
to say so.

(In case you're wondering, replacement gloves for a ripped pair, and
waterproof overshoes for commuting).

I must say that in 5 years of regular shopping with Wiggle ( not
exclusively -- I always search around) I have never had a "bad" experience. I
have had good advice when I have asked for it and have added to or changed
orders a few times without any problems.

I'll concur with Trevor - I've had nothing but good service from Wiggle (and
Chainreaction) - and it is nice to see praise for good service, and not
moans about bad services.

Still no wine gums or bottle opener though..

Only good experiences with Wiggle here as well. I have received the
fabled wine gums and bottle openers too.
