Racing cyclist killed by runnning into tree weapon
According to Doug-law, the owner of the tree is at fault.
Nicola Grossi, of La Mesa, was riding downhill on a road near Shaver Lake in Fresno County when he lost control of his bicycle on a curve. At that point, he went off an embankment and hit the tree around 10.30am Saturday. Racing should be on dedicated tracks, then obstacles such as trees could be avoided, as could the danger to the public from out of control cycle weapons. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...=feeds-newsxml |
