Default Newbie Question

Is this the correct forum to discuss UK cycling issues?
I only ask because all I see are a group of people jumping up and down on a greasy spot on the floor that used to be a dead horse.

Indeed : it was a horse that was attacked by a cyclist.

It is quite a frequent occurrence.

Just because no-one else will talk to you ; you have to talk to yourself : you
are one sad *******.

"The attack took place in Gorebridge in Scotland, when a cyclist, accompanied
by a ‘poodle-like’ dog, approached the victim. The attacker threw his bike,
causing the rider to fall from his horse."

Is an occurencie a commonly found coin?

It's been announced that the police are going to be allowed to use water cannons on rioters.
They're putting some Persil washing powder in to stop the coloureds from running.
