It's not an abbreviation I've seen for any tube name... thanks. C-T means from center bottom bracket to top of top tube, or from center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube, or from center of bb to top of virtual top tube. The third one refers to the point that the top tube would meet the seat tube on a compact frame. C-C means from center of bottom bracket to center of top tube. Ccompanies and builders use different denominations so it is hard to know what they mean unless you see a picture showing what they mean. With C-T meaning two different things, it is always a guess. To be sure, call the company and ask them what they mean. |

I'm assuming center/top (e.g. center of BB to top of top tube) Having been semi-seriously perusing craigslist, eBay, etc. for interesting frames, I pick up on this stuff... (so I don't waste my times looking at bikes I know won't fit me) nate -- replace "roosters" with "cox" to reply. http://members.cox.net/njnagel |
