He has more important things to do than litigate.

That guy's getting to be damned near as repetitive and tiring as you
are. On Larry King, he said he wasn't going to respond to attacks
(except for that ONE time) because responding to them just gave them
credibility. He needs to follow his own advise. Especially since his
responses are so insubstantial.
