Good quality steel.
In theory you could build a long narrow hearth from fieldstone facing
the wind and get a manzanita fire going hot enough to anneal it, then
using a bent tree branch and hand woven fibers for rope, fabricate a
bow lathe, turning the cone with a rock to match your Campagnolo
cone's curvature. Back to the hearth for tempering and Bob's your
uncle. Well, except for that m10f26 axle thread.

Are those the natives of Cameron Park?

I once read a West African book (wood block letters,
handmade paper) about smelting iron much like that process.
Step one= ensure there are no women nearby to offend the
iron spirits, etc etc.

Gotta start somewhere, like the Cameron Park recipe for chile con carne:
First, track down your mountain lion.

Anyone know of a source for them, or for reliable substitutes or
reasonable facsimiles? Will Nuovo Tippo do? (Mine have developed

In the rear yes they fit each other.
(fronts no, different bearing sizes)

Record road & track are same cone BTW

Have you any at Yellow Jersey?

We do. But so does any reasonably competent shop which
regularly services bicycles.

Nothing recogmizable comes up when I search your site using the terms
"Campagnolo" and "cone".
